ABSTRACT:
Objective To understand the spatial distribution of medical resources in Hangzhou, to analyze the accessibility and equality of tertiary hospitals and primary health institutions in Hangzhou, to evaluate the rationality of health resource allocation and the fairness of residents' access to health services, and to provide suggestions for the rational allocation of medical resources in Hangzhou. Methods The spatial analysis methods such as two-step mobile search and spatial autocorrelation were used to construct an evaluation index system from three aspects: spatial distribution, accessibility and balance, and the fairness of spatial distribution of medical institutions in Hangzhou was analyzed on a street basis, and the spatial coordination degree and regional differences between basic medical resources and high-quality medical resources in Hangzhou were studied. Results The medical resources in Hangzhou are concentrated in the central urban area, the high-level medical resources are insufficient and the regional distribution is not coordinated, and the access to high-quality medical care in urban areas and southwest urban areas is large, indicating poor health equity. The coverage rate of primary medical institutions is high, but it still shows an obvious core-edge binary structure. Conclusion The problem of unbalanced spatial distribution of medical resources in Hangzhou needs to be gradually solved through systematic measures such as traffic optimization, grassroots capacity improvement and resource diffusion. In the future, we should adhere to the guidance of residents' health needs, promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources, build a more fair and efficient hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and finally achieve the strategic goal of "Healthy Hangzhou".
