ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerged recently as one of the promising technologies in healthcare system. It can predict and diagnose certain diseases like professional physicians efficiently. In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), there is a great emphasis on this technology under the leadership of the Minister state of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications office. Each year, most of the healthcare entities showcase their contributions in in AI However, the level of how far they go for its implementation is unknown. Purpose: This study aims at exploring the level of AI applications maturity level or actual implementation in daily operations in healthcare organizations.

METHODS:
A mixed model research design through quantitative and quantitative study in three phases. Phase I will include Delphi method to build AI maturity level survey and self- assessment checklist. Phase II will include the pilot of the project and phase III will include actual dissemination of survey tool.

RESULTS:
Expected results will the level of AI maturity level based on the AI development stages and as per the Subject Matter Expert (SME) opinion. Analysis: The generated data from Delphi method will be analyzed using thematic analysis. While SPSS software will be used for surveys and other quantitative data. A combination of descriptive statistical techniques and correlations analysis will be deployed to analyze the maturity level of AI applications.
