INTRODUCTION:
Public health equity efforts frequently focus on demographic and geographic disparities, yet overlook communication and personality based inequities that affect participation, decision making and psychological safety in health systems. quieter professionals, patients and community contributors are less likely to be heard in high pressure, multilingual or hierarchical environments. this limits representation of diverse thinking styles that strengthen empathy, trust and collaborative problem solving across borders. recognising personality inclusion as part of health equity supports more sustainable, culturally responsive and socially safe public health engagement.

METHODS:
This organised session applies interactive learning methods to introduce personality inclusive communication strategies that promote equitable participation in public health settings. the session includes guided observation activities, reflection tools, small group scenario discussions, and a practical framework for designing meetings, consultations and cross cultural collaborations that amplify reflective thinkers and reduce dominance based participation patterns. content draws upon behavioural science, psychological safety research, and professional experience observing leadership communication within high stakes government environments.

RESULTS:
Participants will gain skills to identify exclusion based communication patterns, redesign dialogue structures to elevate quieter contributors, and strengthen belonging in hybrid, cross border and multilingual contexts. participants will also learn practical methods for facilitating inclusive collaboration, increasing trust in uncertainty, and supporting culturally diverse contributions within community health, education, research, and policy development settings.

CONCLUSIONS:
Advancing health equity requires communication environments where every voice is able to participate and influence outcomes, regardless of communication style or personality traits. integrating personality inclusive leadership practices into global public health strengthens decision quality, knowledge exchange and sustainability. this session provides practical tools for embedding these approaches into public health programs, leadership development and international cooperation in alignment with the congress theme of health without borders.
