INTRODUCTION:
The Brazilian Psychiatric Reform process1, initiated alongside the Sanitary Reform movement in the 1970s, promoted significant transformations in mental health care models, grounded in equity, social participation, and humanized care2. Criticism of the hospital-centered model led to the development of a community-based mental health care network and to the enactment of Law No. 10.216, which ensured the rights of people with mental disorders and redirected the care model toward psychosocial care. In this context, Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) became strategic services responsible for organizing comprehensive, community-based care, adopting tools such as the Singular Therapeutic Project (STP) to promote person-centered practices3.

OBJECTIVE:
To map the available evidence on the development and operationalization of the Singular Therapeutic Project in Psychosocial Care Centers.

METHODS:
This is a scoping review protocol based on the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology and reported according to the PRISMA-ScR checklist. The search strategy will be conducted in three databases using Boolean operators. Two independent reviewers will perform study selection using Rayyan reference management software via the Research Pilot™ system. The review seeks to answer the following guiding question: What scientific evidence exists regarding the operationalization of the Singular Therapeutic Project in Psychosocial Care Centers? The protocol has been registered on the Open Science Framework (DOI: 10.17605).

CONCLUSIONS:
The implementation of this protocol will enable a rigorous mapping of scientific evidence on how the Singular Therapeutic Project is operationalized in Brazilian mental health services, identifying key practical gaps that may hinder its full implementation.
