ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT:
Context Primary Health Care (Atenção Primaria em Saúde - APS) constitutes the gateway to the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) and plays a strategic role in structuring the care network, coordinating the care process, and planning health actions. For efficient APS management, access to qualified, integrated, and territorialized information is essential to support decision-making at different management levels. In this context, APS em dados is a restricted-access application developed by Municipal Health Foundation of Niterói/RJ aimed at facilitating managers’ access to data and information related to Primary Health Care in the municipality.

METHODS:
The tool was developed in the ArcGIS Dashboards environment and adapted for mobile devices. The application is integrated with the database of individual records from the e-SUS APS system, with automated weekly updates. The update process involves extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) routines, through the integration of query, processing, and publishing scripts developed in SQL, R, and Arcade languages.

RESULTS:
The application provides two environments: the first enables territorial exploration, allowing consultation of data and information by health unit; the second is a dashboard format, presenting consolidated data at municipal, regional, and micro-area (Primary Health Care teams) levels. Additionally, it offers data and information grouped by different scales regarding: registration status, demographic and socioeconomic profile, epidemiological profile, and counts of people by groups of interest—for example, Black youth and pregnant adolescents.

CONCLUSIONS:
The application is configured as a strategic tool for strengthening APS management in the municipality, by expanding access to integrated information. The territorial exploration and analytical dashboard environments facilitate visualization of the population and epidemiological profile, as well as the identification of priority groups, supporting timely, evidence-based planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
